Become a Paranormal Investigator for a Night

Join us for an exclusive, hands-on paranormal investigation at a historically active building. Limited to just six guests, this immersive event teaches you the methods of professional paranormal research before you conduct a real investigation. This is your chance to go beyond a simple ghost tour and become part of the team.


  • Event fee is $50 for each participant.

  • Minimum Age is 16 for this event. 

  • Only 6 participant spaces are available.

  • Location will not be publically posted.  You will have to contact us to ask directly.  It is in the small business district of Terrell near the office.



Investigation Workshop  4-6 PM


Your evening begins with an intensive workshop and ends with a full investigation. You will learn:


  • The Investigator's Method: How to use control studies to validate evidence and avoid false positives.

  • The Location's Story: Uncover the deep history and documented paranormal claims of the site.

  • Tools of the Trade: Get hands-on training with professional gear like EMF meters, EVP recorders, and full-spectrum cameras.

  • Investigation Strategy: Learn how to conduct focused vigils and structured EVP sessions to gather data.

  • Evidence Analysis: Get a primer on how to review your audio recordings for potential Electronic Voice Phenomena.





Paranormal Investigation  6 PM-11:30 PM


  • Put your newly learned skills to the test in an actual investigation using professional tools at a haunted location.
  • Investigate the location from A to Z.
  •  An experienced paranormal investigator will be with you to help if questions arise during the paranormal investigation process.


Investigation Debrief  11:30 PM-Midnight


  • Group Debrief
  • Equipment check-in.
  • Instructions for data analysis.

Data Analysis


  • Post-event, all collected data will be shared with you through a Google Drive folder for analysis. 
  • You'll also gain access to a private online forum to discuss findings with other participants, as key insights often emerge during the review process.
